International Programmes
As part of the commemoration of Mawlana Hazar Imam’s Golden Jubilee, a number of International Programmes have been launched, while others are under development. These International Programmes seek to entertain as well as inform, addressing themes such as heritage, culture, devotional music and physical well-being, whilst also promoting unity and collaborative endeavours across the Jamat worldwide.
Historic Cities Programme Exhibition

The Historic Cities Programme Exhibition is an international initiative of the Aga Khan Trust for Culture commemorating the Golden Jubilee of Mawlana Hazar Imam. Featuring projects in Egypt, Syria, Mali, India, and Afghanistan, it provides a unique lens on the role of culture in development. The Exhibition is touring cities in various countries around the world.
Ismaili Economic Forum

The Ismail Economic Forum (IEF) is a Golden Jubilee International Programme that seeks to provide a springboard for increased collaboration among Ismaili entrepreneurs, strategic business alliances, Jamati institutions, and AKDN institutions. The IEF will formally launch with an international conference in Dubai, from 26 – 28 April 2008.
Golden Jubilee Games

The Golden Jubilee Games, the first-ever, global Ismaili sports festival, will take place in Kenya from 23 — 29 June 2008, and will attract competitors and spectators from more than 20 countries to commemorate the Mawlana Hazar Imam's Golden Jubilee.
A Mystical Journey

A Mystical Journey - Sufi Music and other Expressions of Devotion from the Muslim World is a Golden Jubilee International Programme featuring artists from Algeria, Bosnia, Iran, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Syria performing music from various Sufi and other esoteric traditions of Islam.
Heritage Discovery Programme

The Heritage Discovery Programme (HDP) is a Golden Jubilee International Programme that facilitates travel and learning, explores heritage and history, and nurtures frontierless brotherhood and ambassadorial skills among young Ismailis.
