Find a Recipe

There are different ways to find a recipe:

  1. Simply type in the name of your favourite dish under the “Name of dish” section. Keep it simple, like “potato curry”. Click Find. 
  2. Select from the drop down menu under “Type of dish”. Click Find. 
  3. Use the traffic light box to search for a recipe according to how high or low it is in a certain nutrient. Click Find. 
  4. If you want to see all the recipes on offer, then just select All from the “Type of dish” drop down menu and click Find.
