Azmina Govindji, RD is a consultant nutritionist and registered dietitian. She was the Aga Khan Health Board (AKHB) project co-coordinator for the publication of The Asian Food Survey (2000) and the AKHB and Department of Health Enjoying Healthy Living video (2001). She is currently a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association, a member of the British Heart Foundation Ethnic Strategy Advisory Committee, and a consultant to the UK government Food Standards Agency, national charities and the food industry. In 2002, Azmina received the Ismaili community Award for Excellence for Outstanding Professional Achievement, as judged by Sir Kenneth Calman, then Chief Medical Officer to the UK government.

Sanjeev Kapoor is one of India’s leading chefs, winner of several culinary awards, TV personality, author of best-selling books and restaurant consultant. His long-running TV show, Khana Khazana, shown on Zee TV, has been a multiple winner of the Best Cookery Show award from the Indian Television Academy and his cookbooks, which include Khazana of Healthy Tasty Recipes and No Oil Cooking, have sold over 10 million copies.
