Foundation Ceremony of the Ismaili Centre, Lisbon

President Jorge Sampaio laid the foundation stone of the Ismaili Centre, Lisbon on 18 December 1996, at a Foundation Ceremony that Mawlana Hazar Imam presided over. The ceremony was attended by senior government officials, representatives of the diplomatic corps, public and private institution officials, and leaders of the Ismaili community.
