Ingredients

2 tsp sunflower oil
2 small onions, chopped
2 tsp fresh garlic, crushed
2 tsp fresh ginger, crushed
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala, ground
1 tsp salt
1 small tomato, chopped
500 g frozen mixed vegetable
handful coriander, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped

Healthy Hints

Try this recipe with less salt. You could simply use a pinch of salt and add other flavours like ground black pepper or lemon juice.

Cooking Guide

1. Fry the onions and spices.

2. Add the tomatoes, vegetables and water.

3. Simmer until done.

4. Garnish with green chillies and coriander.
