2 tbsp corn oil
2 small onions, chopped
0.5 tsp salt
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tsp turmeric
500 g frozen mixed vegetable

Healthy Hints

To make this dish healthier, cut down on the oil – try to use about a tablespoon for a dish for 4 people. And remember that when you eat a curry, you will also be eating accompaniments like chapati and dhal, so it all mounts up!

2. Add frozen vegetables and cook until done.
