Healthy Hints
This traditional dessert may indeed be heavenly, but just be watchful of the amount of sugar per serving. The three green lights are a great plus point and you could improve this recipe by using less sugar and adding some dried fruit to give natural sweetness. Experiment with dried apricots, raisins, or any of your favourite fruit and aim to cut the sugar by at least half — or look for healthier recipes on this site.
